- Meet and Greet – issuing of visitors passes.
- Accepting Mail, internal distribution of mail, responsible for the posting of mail.
- Answering telephone and directing calls
- Liaise with client staff – supporting office services team.
- Report to client liaison person
- Report breakages / non functioning of equipment, services, lifts etc
- Arranging call out of contractors and supervision – issuing of site work permits.
- Monitoring CCTV
- Barriers / access control
- Housekeeping staff for meetings or conferences.
